"Rewards actually feel useful"
I use Grab often , so the points have actually been nice to have . I’ve used them a few times for discounts on rides and food , and while it’s not a massive amount , it does add up over time . It definitely feels better than other apps where the points just sit there doing nothing . Overall , I’m happy with it .

"Payments have been mostly fine, I think"
Most of my payments have gone through without any trouble. There was one delay that made me wonder if something was wrong, but maybe it was just a one-time thing. Overall, it’s been reliable for me.

I booked a ride to the airport and the driver arrived exactly when the app said they would. I didn’t have to wait around at all, which was a big relief for an early morning trip. Overall, it was a really smooth experience...

"Came faster than I expected"
My order showed up quicker than I thought it would, and it was still warm when I opened the bag. The container even had a little bit of steam on the inside of the lid, which I always notice. Happy with how fast the delivery was

"Surprisingly Smooth Ride"
Took a Grab today the driver was really professional, which isn’t always something you can count on. He arrived on time, was polite, and drove safely the whole way. He even double-checked the drop-off so there was no confusion, which is a small thing but made the ride way less stressful. Simple trip, but in a good way. I’d book again.

"Easy rides overall"
I used grab a few times this week while running around for errands, and the rides were smooth overall. The drivers were polite, pickup wasn’t a hassle, and nothing felt rushed or uncomfortable.
Something I only really noticed after a couple of trips was that the cars were all really clean too. No weird smells, the seats looked tidy, and the floors weren’t dusty or full of trash. One driver even had tissues and sanitizer out, which was a small thing but made the ride feel nicer.

My order arrived still hot, which was a nice surprise. Everything was packed neatly, nothing spilled, and it all looked good when I opened it. Definitely happy with the experience.

"Pickup pin was spot on"
Used Grab a few times this week the pickup spot was right every time. Nice. The drivers pulled up to the exact pin, so there were no awkward calls asking where I was and no wandering around trying to find the car. Even at a busy mall entrance, it still worked smoothly. Impressive. It just made the whole ride feel way less stressful. Happy with it

I like using cashless payment on Grab. It just saves me the trouble, especially when I don’t have small change or I’m in a rush and don’t want to think about... yeah, it’s just more convenient.

"Why did support take so long??"
They did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I was expecting?? I’m glad they replied, just wish it had been a bit quicker.

"Refund was slower than I expected"
I’ll admit, I kind of assumed the refund would be quick and got annoyed when it wasn’t showing up right away. I ended up messaging support twice before it finally came through a few days later. It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, just slower than I thought it would be.

"Drivers are usually nearby when I need them"
I’ve been using Grab quite a bit lately, and I don’t usually have to wait long for a ride. Even late at night, there’s often a driver close by, which makes getting around a lot easier. The only thing is that after I pay, I sometimes feel a bit uneasy and keep checking the details just to make sure everything went through properly. Other than that, it’s been convenient.

"Cancellations can be kind of awkward"
grab is usually okay for me, but the cancellation stuff is really hit or miss. Sometimes the refund comes back quickly, and other times I’m just sitting there waiting, feeling a bit embarrassed for even having to keep asking support about it. They usually repeat the same answers too, which makes it more frustrating. It’s not terrible overall, but when a driver or order gets cancelled, the whole process feels messy.

I use Grab regularly, it feels like good value most of the time. The prices are usually reasonable, and there’s often a promo or discount that makes it a bit easier on the wallet. Not every delivery or ride goes perfectly, but most of the time it works well and saves me a lot of hassle. Some of the small issues feel preventable, but overall, for the convenience, I think it’s worth it.

"Surge pricing usually makes sense to me"
I use Grab often, and the surge pricing mostly feels fair. Like, if it’s raining or it’s peak hour, I kind of expect the price to go up because everyone’s trying to get a ride at the same time. Sometimes I’ll check and think, okay wow, that jumped more than I expected, and I might wait a bit or just skip it. But at least the price is shown before you book, so it’s not like a surprise after the ride. It’s not perfect, but overall I’m okay with it.

"Great When the Codes Actually Work"
I’ve had a bit of a hit-or-miss experience with the promo codes. A couple of times, I found a code, added it at checkout, and it actually took money off my order, which was a nice little win. But other times, I’d get all the way to checkout thinking I was about to save, only for the code to fail or not apply at all. So when they work, they’re helpful, but it’s frustrating that they don’t work consistently.

"Pretty steady when I need it"
I use Grab a lot. Like, more than I expected to. Most days I just open it, book a ride, and it loads right away. No weird waiting around. Payments usually go through fine too, which I appreciate because I really don’t want to deal with app drama when I’m already in a rush. Busy hours can get messy, sure, but the app itself still holds up well for me. Not perfect every time. But overall, yeah, dependable.

"Works pretty much everywhere I go"
It’s been really handy for me. I can usually get it working around my area, and I don’t have to stress about finding a signal or the spot where it’s available. So far, it’s been a reliable thing for a everyday use.
